I have always been hearing bad things about some construction companies especially how they give you a price and then they ask for more money midway through the project. These guys did the exact opposite. When they installed our new roof, the peoject manager came to me and said that there was some left over material and labor money. H H Construction gave us a partial refund since the job had cost less. I was especially impressed for two reasons. First, their contract amount was already better than every other contractor ( Thats why we decided to hite them for the second time.) second, they could just keep the money as extra profit but they decided to return it. The project manager, Hamid is a very upright and honest person and I highly suggest asking for him as your peoject manager.
